Hard-boiled eggs:        12, peeled


Cream cheese:        1 package (8 oz), softened


Mayonnaise:                 ½ cup


Yellow mustard:         2 tablespoons

White vinegar:         1½ tablespoons


Paprika:                         1 teaspoon


Salt:                           1 teaspoon


Black pepper:              A pinch


Cayenne pepper:         A pinch


Chopped chives:        2 teaspoons (divided)
