Baked Chicken Thighs


 

Ingredients


  • 4-6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon pepper

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme


Instructions


1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).


2. Rinse chicken thighs; pat dry with paper towels.


3. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and thyme.


4. Brush mixture evenly onto both sides of chicken thighs.


5. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper; arrange chicken thighs on sheet.


6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until skin is crispy and golden brown, and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).


7. Serve hot and enjoy!
