Ingredients:


4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (around 1 lb / 450g)


1 cup mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt


1 teaspoon garlic powder


1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided

1 teaspoon seasoned salt


½ teaspoon ground black pepper


Instructions:


Slice each chicken breast into three evenly sized pieces.


Place the chicken pieces in a bowl and marinate them in the fridge overnight for extra flavor and tenderness.


Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).


In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise or Greek yogurt, half of the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, seasoned salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.


Arrange the marinated chicken pieces in a baking dish in a single layer.


Generously spread the creamy mixture over each piece of chicken to coat them thoroughly.


Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese evenly on top.


Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and golden on top.
